The challenge. No sale in the Weston Creek district had ever passed $3,000,000, so there was no comparable to lean on.

What we did. A premium campaign across Allhomes and realestate.com.au, ten open homes and disciplined buyer management. It passed in at auction at $3,400,000, and we negotiated to $3,500,000 four days later.

5 Settlement Drive, Duffy. Sold November 2025.
