Hey everyone, Steve Lowe here from Agent Team Real Estate. Today, I wanted to share the story of a successful sale at 5 Quinlivan Crescent in Dunlop. This is a four-bedroom, two-bathroom home with a double garage and while it was well-maintained property, it was still relatively original throughout.

Before going to market, the owners were open to advice on how to present the property in the best possible way. One of the key recommendations we made was to remove an old rotting pergola in the backyard. It was a relatively small improvement, but it completely freshened up the outdoor space and helped buyers focus on the potential of the home rather than the maintenance required.

We launched the property as an auction campaign while actively encouraging pre-auction offers. This strategy created strong competition amongst buyers and helped generate urgency early in the campaign. The average house in Dunlop is currently spending around 34 days in the market and in comparison, this property sold just after 15 days through a successful pre-auction offer.

The final sale price was an outstanding $???,???. It's another great example of how the right preparation, presentation and sales strategy can make a significant difference to both the result achieved and the time spent in the market.
