Steve Lowe from Agent Team, and I want to share the result of an outstanding sale here at Unit 4 of 29 Hargrave Street here in Scullin. This was a three-bedroom, one-bathroom, two-car townhouse beautifully renovated and without a doubt one of the best three-bedroom townhouses I've ever seen. The renovations were already exceptional, so we decided to bring in professional styling to give the home that extra spark.
Once everything was in place, the property was ready to go live across Allhomes, Domain and realestate.com.au. The owners had already purchased another property through us, so achieving a strong price within the right time frame was critical. So we launched the campaign as an auction to promote unconditional pre-auction offers and create strong buyer urgency while still giving the sellers flexibility.
Through skilled negotiation, we secured a deal that suited the owners' terms perfectly and the property sold just after 14 days in the market, well ahead of the suburb average of 43 days for townhouses.
