We've just sold 15 of 74 Britten-Jones Drive in Holt. This was a three bedroom, two bathroom, one car garage townhouse backing directly onto the golf course. Really great location.
It did take us a little bit longer than usual to sell this one, but we always believed in the price and we got there in the end. It sold for $???,???. Now we do have quite a few buyers still looking for townhouses, ideally three bed, two bath, two car.
