Hi everyone, Steve here again from Agent Team Real Estate and I want to share the result of 5/3 Fullston Way in Holt. This was a beautiful, single-level, three-bedroom, two-bathroom townhouse located in the newer part of Holt, constructed in 2020. It presents exactly how buyers hope a near-new home would present.

The owner did an exceptional job maintaining the property. The home was absolutely immaculate and the furniture was spot on. We didn't need to do any preparation works or invest in professional styling.

In fact, several buyers asked whether the furniture was professionally styled or if it was the owner's own. That just goes to show you don't always need to spend extra money on styling if the home is already presented at a high level. When it comes to townhouses like this, we generally find that auctions are not the right fit.

Instead, we launched an offers-over campaign under private treaty conditions. This gives buyers confidence because they can secure their finance after their offer is accepted, which opens the door to a broader pool of genuine purchasers. We did see body corporate properties in Holt take a hit during the interest rate rises throughout 2023.

However, following the changes to the first home buyer support in October 2025, we've seen prices rebound strongly. Many owners are now well ahead of their 2023 and 2024 valuations. This sale has now set a new record in the complex, achieving a final sale price of $???,??? after just 16 days on the market.
