The terms for using the Agent Team website and the Agent Team app for ChatGPT.
Who we are
This website and the Agent Team app for ChatGPT are run by Indyco Pty Ltd (ABN 56 611 364 964) trading as Agent Team, Level 1, 11-17 Swanson Court, Belconnen ACT 2617. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean Agent Team.
Using these terms
By using our website or our ChatGPT app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.
What we do
Agent Team is a licensed real estate agency. We sell homes in Canberra and the region. We do not manage rental properties.
Appraisals
An appraisal is free and has no obligation. The agent gives an opinion of a likely selling price range and a sales plan. It is not a formal valuation by a registered valuer. Do not rely on it for lending, tax, legal or family law purposes without other advice.
General information only
Articles, market reports, suburb pages and calculators on this site are general information. They are not legal, financial or tax advice. Please get your own advice before you make a decision.
Property listings
We prepare listing details from information the sellers and other sources give us. We take care, but we cannot guarantee every detail. Buyers should check the details themselves before they make an offer.
Booking through ChatGPT
Our ChatGPT app can show our agents, show their free appraisal times and book an appraisal. To book, you give your name, mobile number and the property address, and an email address if you choose. Before a booking is made, ChatGPT asks you to confirm. Once booked, we send a confirmation by SMS and email. The agent or our office may call or message you about the appointment. To change or cancel, call 02 6152 8374.
Your details must be correct
Please give your own details, and book only for a property you own or are authorised to sell. We may cancel bookings that look false or automated.
ChatGPT is run by OpenAI
When you use our app inside ChatGPT, OpenAI’s own terms and privacy policy also apply. We do not control ChatGPT or how OpenAI handles your chats.
Fair use
Do not misuse this website or the app. This includes trying to break into them, overload them, or copy our content in bulk.
Our content
Photos, videos, text and designs on this site belong to Agent Team or are used with permission. Please do not copy them without our written OK.
Links to other sites
We link to other websites, such as property portals. We are not responsible for their content.
Our responsibility
Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Apart from those rights, and as far as the law allows, we are not liable for loss that comes from using this website or the app.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of the Australian Capital Territory.
