Hi, Steve Lowe here from Agent Team Real Estate. We've just sold this beautiful four-bedroom family home at 15 Clendinnen Street in Dunlop right at the foot of the Brindabellas. The response was incredible.
We had eight buyers make pre-auction offers with several circling around the $1 million mark. In the end, the property sold prior to auction for $???,??? and this is the highest four-bedroom sale price in just the last three years according to RP Data. The owners actually bought this home from us back in 2018 and it's been great to help them achieve such an outstanding result this time around.
This sale really highlights the strong demand we're seeing for premium family homes in Dunlop and with the recent increase to the first home buyer price cap now up to a million dollars, we're expecting properties that traditionally sold in the $900,000 to $950,000 bracket to start pushing closer to that $1 million level.
