Get your home ready to sell with Vic

What you get

A checklist before you list

Most of what buyers bargain with is small and fixable. We find it before the building inspector does.

• A room-by-room checklistWhat to repair, what to improve and what to leave alone, room by room.
• Spend only where it helpsEach item is marked fix now, fix if cheap, or leave. No money wasted on work buyers will not pay for.
• Rentals and investmentsVic knows what to fix in a home that has been rented, and what investors and owner-occupiers look for.
• Fix first, then book the reportYour building report is done after the fixes, so the report buyers read is cleaner.
• Help with the workWe can line up trades and manage the work for you, so it is done before you list.
• No pressure, no obligationIt is free, and it is not an appraisal. When you are ready for a price, book that separately.
